Hyatt Aims for Systemwide Public Space and Guest Room Access in All U.S. Hotels by June 2005

 CHICAGO, IL — (MARKET WIRE) — 03/24/2005 Hyatt is in the process of expanding its popular Wi-Fi service to most guestrooms and public spaces throughout its U.S. domestic and international hotels. Working with its service provider partners, Hyatt is able to cater to its guests with fast and reliable Wi-Fi access.

According to Tom O’Toole, Global Hyatt’s senior vice president of strategy and systems, deployment of wireless systems at Hyatt hotels accelerated following Hyatt’s June 2004 announcement of a strategic business partnership with T-Mobile Hotspot. T-Mobile HotSpot service is available at the majority of Hyatt properties in the U.S. Hyatt Hotels & Resorts® consists of 212 hotels and resorts (over 90,000 rooms) in 43 countries around the world, operating under the Hyatt®, Hyatt Regency®, Grand Hyatt® and Park Hyatt® brands.
